We are a remote tax accounting firm nestled in the Redwoods of northern California. It is our mission to provide accurate services to our clients, and speak with them in terms that they understand. We welcome individuals and businesses of all types to contact us for a consultation. It is important to determine the best fit for your accounting needs and, even if we are not the right firm, we will still try to help you find a solution!
Our Story
Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, Melanie Newman has been working in the accounting industry since 2008. She initially prepared books for various clients and was recruited in 2016 to work at a tax accounting firm, where her skills increased. Melanie moved to northern California in 2020 where she opened her own firm providing tax preparation and bookkeeping services remotely to businesses and individuals in multiple states. Since then she has completed a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, graduating Summa Cum Laude, and achieved Enrolled Agent status with the IRS, allowing her to represent her clients in front of the agency. Melanie is excited to launch her business expansion for tax season 2025 with hand picked associates!
